Shipping and Handling: PAMCAKES®
can be shipped anywhere in the continental 48 states. During the cooler months, from October through April, cakes can also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Europe. Our cakes are generally shipped via FedEx 2Day which provides guaranteed delivery in 2 days. (International shipments take longer.) Other carriers and overnight shipping are also available. During cooler periods, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery are additional shipping options. Using FedEx Ground or Home Delivery options, your cake will generally arrive in 1 to 5 days.
Warm Weather Deliveries: During warm months or periods of unseasonably warm weather, our shipping department may determine that cold packing is necessary. In that event, an additional charge will be added ($5.00 for single-tier cakes and $10.00 for multi-tier cakes). Overnight shipping is also recommended for all warm weather locations.
*Liqueur Shipping Restrictions: Our After Dinner Liqueur and Chocolate cake has chocolate bottles filled with liqueurs that contain alcohol in excess of 0.5% by weight. Orders may be placed from any state by persons 21 years of age or older. Proof of age will be required. Some state laws prohibit the shipment of alcoholic products direct to consumers. We can only ship to states that have statutes permitting the receipt of mail order liqueur products by persons 21 years of age or older. We are sorry, but we can not process orders for chocolate liqueurs that do not meet these requirements.
States allowing shipments are listed as follows: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Texas and Virginia.

Health regulations prevent us from accepting product returns.
Orders for custom cakes can not be cancelled once the cake has been created. Your account will be charged for the retail value of the cake. This amount may be applied against any future purchases.
