What is a PAMCAKE?
PAMCAKES® are custom designed candy cakes made from brand name chocolate miniature candy bars, specialty chocolates and other pre-packaged candies. You may choose the candies you like and the design theme and size that will meet your needs.
Is there cake inside?
No, there is no cake inside. PAMCAKES® are all candy. No need to worry that the cake will spoil.
Can I eat the candy?
Yes, PAMCAKES® are made to be eaten. The candies remain in the wrappers and are individually attached with a non-toxic adhesive. They can be easily removed and eaten.
Can I choose the candy I want?
Yes, PAMCAKES® are custom made. We encourage you to choose the candies that you like and let us know if there are any you don't like.

How many sizes do you offer?
We offer 11 different standard sizes of PAMCAKES® candy cakes to fit your specific needs (4 single tier and 7 multi-tier). Our candy cake sizes range from our personal gift size we call a "Cupcake" (approx. 50 pieces of candy) to our spectacular 5-Tier cake (approx. 500 pieces of candy).
If your party requires an even larger cake, our Special Order candy cakes may be just what you require. These special order size cakes require more lead time, but are worth the wait. To date, our largest cake is a 13 tier cake, 5' 6" tall, with over 3,000 pieces of candy. We believe this is the World's Largest Candy Cake.
Is it possible to order a cake that is larger than your standard sizes?
If your party requires a cake that is even larger than our standard sizes, our Special Order candy cakes may be just what you require.
Special order cakes can be ordered from 6 tiers and up. These special order size cakes require more lead time, but are worth the wait. To date, our largest cake is a 13 tier cake, 5' 6" tall, with over 3,000 pieces of candy. We believe this is the World's Largest Candy Cake.

Do you have an online store?
Yes, we do have an online store that offers selected cakes that can be purchased online. Use the OnLine Store link to view the currently available cakes.
Can I order a custom cake online?
If you wish to order a custom cake, you cannot place a complete order directly online. To order a custom cake, you will need to contact one of our Design Team Specialists. If I am not sure what I want, how can I place an order?
Our Design Team Specialists are standing by to assist you in the creation of the perfect cake for your special occasion. They are fully knowledgeable regarding all of the options available to you and look forward to answering all of your questions.
How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Naturally, we do appreciate as much advance notice as possible, since all of our cakes are custom made. We do NOT charge your credit card until the cake is ready to ship, so there is no cost to you for early orders.
Our cakes generally take one to two days to produce. If we will be shipping the cake, our normal shipping is FedEx 2Day. As a result, you should place your order approximately 1 week before your required delivery date.
Last minute orders: If you find that you would like to request a last minute order, please call us as soon as possible. We will try to do whatever we can to satisfy your request.
Can I have a cake shipped (or delivered) the same day?
We make every effort to satisfy our customer's needs. If you require same day shipping (or delivery) of a custom cake, please call us as early as possible and we will do our best to meet your needs.
How can I pay for my purchase?
For your convenience, we accept American Express, VISA, Mastercard and Discover. We do not charge your credit card until the cake is shipped.

Will you ship a cake?
Yes, we ship our cakes throughout the 48 contiguous states. The cakes are securely packaged to ensure that they arrive in good condition. During the cool weather months (October through April), cakes can also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Europe.
How long does it take to ship the cake?
You may choose the shipping timeframe you desire from 1 to 4 days.
Our preferred shipper is FedEx. Their rates are reasonable and we are able to track the shipment of your cake.
During the summer months, to insure that the cakes arrive in good condition, our preferred shipping method is FedEx 2Day or FedEx Overnight.
In the cooler months, from October through March, and if time permits, we suggest FedEx Express Saver (2 to 3 days), or FedEx Ground.
In addition, you may choose among FedEx, US Postal Service or UPS. For International shipments, we use US Postal Service Global mail services or Fedex International.
How much does it cost for shipping?
Shipping costs are based upon the weight, size and destination of your cake, so we do not know the exact cost until the cake has been created. If you would like an estimate for a specific size cake and destination, please call our customer service department toll free at 877-866-7615. They will be happy to assist you.
What kind of shipping is available?

Do you ship in the summer?
Yes, we ship all year long. During warm months or periods of unseasonably warm weather, our shipping department will use cold packing to insure that your cake arrives without any damage from the heat. In that event, an additional charge will be added ($5.00 for the cupcake size and $10.00 to $20.00 for larger size cakes). Overnight shipping is also recommended for all warm weather locations.
